My life experiences have given me a keen understanding of how important it is to manage one’s overall stress in order to be productive and engaged to live life to the fullest.
I have traveled through the major and minor disruptions that life can bring, and know how valuable it is to keep one’s stress loads in check and managed in a well-way; from a major life-changing event of being in a car accident and having to learn how to walk again, to the stressors of once being a single mom, to the day-to-day stressors of owning and operating my own company, to most recently, the unexpected loss of my parents. It is through these experiences that I have gained my ability to meet my client where they are—with an understanding heart and empathetic viewpoint

My Approach

I will work in partnership with you using the Stress Mastery tools and workbook to help you build your awareness of how stress is impacting you and discover what is the best approach to support learning and growth, toward managing their stress and enhance their overall wellbeing. I will provide an open and secure environment for you and listen intently to your needs and goals. My coaching motto is, “I will hold a good space for you until you can hold it for yourself.” Through this process, we develop trust, build confidence, and have some light-hearted fun along the way!
