I am so glad you are here because that means you care enough about yourself and the ones you love to make a change in how stress has been affecting you.  My own journey of stress caused me to have anxiety in unexpected areas of my life.

Stress became my demon and I knew my health was at risk if I did not learn to change my thoughts and behaviors that contributing to my stress.  My Coach was the vehicle for opening my eyes up and helping me to make tough decisions in my life.  From there I learned to let go of my Saboteur thinking and I learned ways to master my stress so it didn’t manage me.  I invite you to let me guide you on your journey of mastering your stress.

I have been working in the Mental Health and Addiction field for over 33 years as a therapist and Coach.  Over the years I have seen that Stress consistently is a part of individual issues that affects their physical and emotional health.  My specialty is working with Executives and Leaders who are faced with workplace and personal stress, and help them to identify their leadership values, gain a better sense of emotional balance and wellbeing and to empower them to “Master their stress” so they can show up the way they want to show up for themselves and others and to live a healthy life.  

My Approach

If you are ready to improve your wellness and stress levels, I would love to work with you. I will start with a conversation about your challenges and needs and will share my strategy and goals for coaching. In this way, we can get to know and trust each other better.  I will ask you to help me to understand your main issues, including the key stressors and challenges in your life and work.  To go deeper, you will complete an online stress assessment called the Stress Mastery Questionnaire (SMQ) and, with the results, we jointly work together to form the appropriate goals and ways for reducing stress.

Since being an Associate of Stress Master International, I have used the SMQ as a tool to help my clients dive further into identifying their thoughts and behaviors that could be contributing to their stress.  Once they complete the SMQ they are given a feedback sheet with scores that outlines their stress risk.

I use the SMQ as a foundation to build on and, with the Stress Mastery Guide and Workbook, I will work with you to develop a step by step plans to help you reduce the stress in your life. The ultimate benefit is that you will reduce the risk of a health-related issues, improve the quality of your life and find greater personal productivity.

Often times after the SMQ process, my clients will move into one of my health and wellness coaching programs to help them to learn about how to reshape their cognitive thoughts, develop lifelong behavior changes and begin to live their lives and show up for others and themselves the way they want and the way that makes them most happy.
