Hi! My name is Rand Haddadin. I am from Amman, Jordan in the Middle East.
I am a dentist by profession and capacity builder by passion and career. I have chosen to follow my desire to assist people grow, build their capacity and lead lives equipped with the needed knowledge, tools, and practical techniques to succeed in their journeys. Accordingly, I underwent a career transformation to enter the domain of supporting organizations and individuals master their attitudes and instill positive behavioral change. My medical background provides me with the scientific biological relevant acumen to support you with the needed coaching backing. I have coached professionals from different industries such as schools’ educators and admins, banks, FMCGs, Retail, Automobiles, global firms, and others.
My life’s journey has got me to experience different stressors myself. These included life events, health issues, managing staff and overseeing the day-to-day operations of a management consulting company. Therefore, my passion to help people to lead a healthy resilient life and master their stress emerged from lessons that I have learnt myself.
I am currently a Partner and Managing Director at Better Business; A Management Consulting Firm Specialized in Capacity Building and Human Capital Development with its headquarters being in Amman Jordan whilst providing its services to clients regionally and worldwide.
In 2017, I was privileged to have taken part along with colleagues at Better Business in translating the Stress Mastery Program, including the internationally recognized Stress Mastery Questionnaire (SMQ) and stress master guide and workbook into Arabic, and I look forward to supporting you on your Stressmastery journey; be it in Arabic for Middle Eastern Arabic Speakers or English as per preference.
