Accordingly, I underwent a career transformation to enter the domain of supporting organizations and individuals master their attitudes and instill positive behavioral change. My medical background provides me with the scientific biological relevant acumen to support you with the needed coaching backing. I have coached professionals from different industries such as schools’ educators and admins, banks, FMCGs, Retail, Automobiles, global firms, and others.

My life’s journey has got me to experience different stressors myself. These included life events, health issues, managing staff and overseeing the day-to-day operations of a management consulting company. Therefore, my passion to help people to lead a healthy resilient life and master their stress emerged from lessons that I have learnt myself.

I am currently a Partner and Managing Director at Better Business; A Management Consulting Firm Specialized in Capacity Building and Human Capital Development with its headquarters being in Amman Jordan whilst providing its services to clients regionally and worldwide.

In 2017, I was privileged to have taken part along with colleagues at Better Business in translating the Stress Mastery Program, including the internationally recognized Stress Mastery Questionnaire (SMQ) and stress master guide and workbook into Arabic, and I look forward to supporting you on your Stressmastery journey; be it in Arabic for Middle Eastern Arabic Speakers or English as per preference.

My Approach

Although there are various coaching methods that can be utilized including GROW and others, I like to use an agile versatile approach that depends on your (the candidate’s) style, temperament, and preference.

My favorite methodology starts with building a transparent relationship between us, after which I will support you to boost your self-awareness. I like to depend on the trustworthy SMQ as a tool to guide this self-awareness journey, both on the emotional and technical realms.  This is then followed by setting goals and undertaking a participatory approach with candidates to support you to recognize by yourself the needed steps to be taken to achieve progress.

I will attempt to challenge you to be determined and Focused to achieve your goals with high motivation and test new opportunities.  Making use of self-reflection, reading the Stress Mastery Guide and workbook, and together discussing your chosen steps of wellbeing improvement.

Working with Dr. James Petersen and his team at Stressmaster will allow me to hopefully provide you with proven-effective stress assessments, programs, and tools. With these tools I look forward to helping you master personal and workplace stress and function more effectively.

I like to see my role as assisting you to achieve your Personal Development goals while enjoying the journey!

What They Are Saying

I have learned to manage my expectations from others as not everyone lives like me or have my same expectations in life. I have been encouraged to balance between quality and efficiency and make judgements accordingly. Dr. Rand has helped me face my fear from failure.

Dr. Haddadin has helped me build an individual development plan that included needed growth areas pertaining to delegation, soliciting ideas from my team, and Creating a comfortable climate for airing concerns. I have also understood the difference between being a perfectionist with the stress that can cause, versus being quality oriented and calculating the cost/benefit ratio of my actions and decisions.

One of the richest experiences that helped me enhance my listening to others, learn to pause and reflect more, improve on being less reactive & aggressive, and Focus more on things that matter utilizing more prioritizing skills
